姜黄豆干 Masaledaar Tofu Bhurji

姜黄豆干  

材料
豆干(切粒 )半杯
番茄(切粒)半杯
蔥(切细)半杯
青辣椒(切细)1大匙
香菜葉(切细)1大匙
2大匙
小茴香籽半茶匙
薑黃粉 ½ 茶匙
黑胡椒粉  ½ 茶匙
芫荽粉半茶匙
鹽適量
檸檬汁1湯匙


做法:

•油烧热后,加入小茴香籽,洋蔥炒香,加入青辣椒,番茄,和其他香料,煮1-2分鐘。
•放入豆腐,鹽炒匀,
•加香菜,檸檬汁伴匀。

Masaledaar Tofu Bhurji

Ingredients
Firm beabncurt ( dice ) 1/2 cup
Tomato (dice) 1/2 cup
onion ( chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chili ( chop fine) 1 tbs
Coriander  leaf (sliced) 1 table spoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbs
Black pepper 1/2 tbs
Coriender powder 1/2 tbs
salt
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method:
  •  Heat up oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and chopped onions, fly for 1 minutes, add green chilli, tomatoes and the rest of the spices, cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Add in Tofu and salt to taste.
  •  Add coriander leaf and lemon juice.
